Early Education Services are designed to support the development of social, communication, play and pre-academic readiness skills for children up to age 7 years 11 months. Plans are developed to target the unique strengths and learning opportunities presented for each child. One-on-one therapy services are provided to each child in an environment designed to support learning and enhance generalization of skills to the home and to typical learning environments.
All services provided through Spring Into Action utilize a transdisciplinary model and incorporate evidence-based practices and family involvement to support skill development and decrease the likelihood of challenging behaviors.
Spring Into Action programs are for children who:
- Are at risk for an autism ASD
- Have received a diagnosis of ASD
- Exhibit other developmental and/or communication delays

Spring Into Action: Early Intensive Behavior Intervention
The Early Intensive Behavior Intervention (EIBI) program at Els for Autism provides comprehensive, individualized behavior therapy to young children with autism. Our program utilizes evidence-based practices to address the unique needs of each child, fostering their development in communication, social skills, play, and adaptive living skills.Through intensive one-on-one support, our program empowers children to achieve significant progress across academic, social emotion, and behavioral domains.
The EIBI program is grounded in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), using techniques such as reinforcement, discrete trial teaching, incidental teaching, errorless learning, and shaping. We continuously measure program effectiveness through data collection and analysis to ensure optimal outcomes. By maintaining low student-to-teacher ratios and offering detailed treatment guidance to parents or caregivers, we create a strong foundation for long-term success.
Spring Into Action: Together
Spring Into Action Together is a caregiver-implemented early intervention research project for children 18 months to 3 years of age. The program is designed to support communication, social engagement, and play skills.
